Located along the @ecustatrail and conveniently found between Hendersonville and Brevard, NC.
Take I-26 E. Continue onto Exit 40 (signs for Arden/North Carolina 280/Asheville Reg'l Arpt.) Turn left onto NC-191 S
Turn right onto Banner Farm Rd. Sharp right onto US-64 W/Brevard Rd for 2.6 miles. We are at the right hand side across from Ingles Supermarket.
Head northeast on S Broad St toward E Main St. Turn right onto Hendersonville Acc Rd. Merge onto State Rd 1504/Old Hendersonville Hwy. Turn left onto Enon Rd. Turn right onto US-64 E. for 6.1 miles. We are located at the left hand side, next to Construction Specialists & Design Builders and before the Citgo gas station.
From Downtown continue onto US-64 W/Brevard Rd for 7.4 miles.
From Asheville Hwy. Turn into NC-191 N/Haywood Rd., Turn left onto S Rugby Rd., Turn right onto US-64 W/Brevard Rd for 2.9 miles.
We are at the right hand side across from Ingles Supermarket.
Check in is at 1 PM EST and entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day after check in. Early check in is not permitted. The guests who paid for the site the night before you have paid for their site until 11 AM. We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon. We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. Check out time is 11 AM. You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check in.
Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please just contact the park for instructions.
If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require a rental agreement to be signed. Please contact park for more details.
Visitors
Each site allows only 6 people - adults or children. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee, and receive a parking pass. Visitors may not bring pets. Maddox Meadows RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm EST. Overnight visitors must depart by Noon EST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.
All guests visiting someone in the park must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area. Vehicle Pass must be visible at all times.
Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Storage
Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.
Site & Park Navigation
Please be respecful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. Please observe one-way traffic circle signs posted.
Washing
Washing RVs or vehicles is prohibited. Hose washing is prohibited.
Drones
Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.
Clotheslines
Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.
Rugs
Rugs are allowed on gravel site only – any instance where it kills the grass – will results in a site damage fee of $150.00.
Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Dumpsters are found at the RV Park entrance. Please tie all bags and deliver them to the dumpster. No cardboard/household/or large items are allowed. This area is monitored by cameras. Please do not place your trash on the ground. We have a lot of wildlife like possums and racoons that are attracted to left out or disposed of food and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals; we don’t want you to find a surprise night visitor. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our dumpsters.
Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Playground opens at 9 am after quiet time and closes at dusk. Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. Alcohol is not permitted. Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our playground. Failure to follow these rules result in you being asked to leave without refund. Do not let your children climb our trees, as it damages them.
Leash
We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests' pets stay safe.
Buildings and Pool Area
Pets are not allowed in the buildings. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts. Pets are also not allowed on our playground.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.
Pet Vaccinations
Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date. Copies must be provided to management if requested.
Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
ATV’s
Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts OHV’s are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. ONLY to get to and from your site.
Repairs
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. No parking in any grass areas. Contact park for additional parking areas for availability. One automobile is allowed on each site, each additional automobile will need to contact park office for parking pass at $5.00 per day for a guest parking pass. Ruts caused in your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.
Trailers, Boats, and additional vehicles will cost additional fees for camping. A nightly registration covers 1 RV and 1 vehicle only.
No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our bathroom and office doors. Parking on the grass is not permitted at anytime in any areas.
Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (828) 691-3422 - 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)
If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers.
The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
